6. Order Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
Cancellations are generally considered before an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been shipped or transferred to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be available.

7. Shipping

CHESKY JEWELS currently ships orders within the United States only.
Shipping is available to customers in the continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US holidays.
The estimated transit time is 9–12 business days after your order has completed processing and has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
The estimated total delivery time is approximately 12–17 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, location, seasonal demand, shipping volume, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Returned products must generally be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and include required tags, packaging, and accessories.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved returns requiring shipment back to CHESKY JEWELS qualify for free return shipping.
Refunds for approved returns may take up to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
After CHESKY JEWELS processes the refund, your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
